Honeywell model 50002883-001 Cover Plate Assembly For Th5000 Th6000 And Th7000 Series Thermostats. Contains Medium Cover Plate Large Cover Plate Bracket And Mounting Hardware. Useful for covering unfinished area when replacing older larger thermostat with TH5000, Th6000 or TH7000 thermostat. Also called 'Goof Plate'. This product should be purchased & installed by a qualified contractor.
