Intertherm/Nordyne/Miller 4-Speed Furnace Blower Motor 5.5 Inch. This Motor has the 3 mounting "ears" riveted onto it for mounting. It's 1/3 HP 208-240 volts 1050 RPM. The Intertherm/Nordyne/Miller part number is 621642 (also 621-642 & 6216420) & the GE # is 5KCP39GGS611S. If the shaft is facing up (as seen in the picture) the motor rotates CLOCKWISE. Motor has two speed wires one common wire two brown capacitor wires and one green grounding wire.
