The Intertherm/Nordyen/Miller part number is 621912 and the Zhongshan Broad-Ocean # is Y7S86SC52 (also YS862C52). The motor has three wires and takes a 5 uf Capacitor rated at 370 volts. If the shaft is facing up as seen in the picture rotation would be counter clockwise. The motor is 48Y Frame ( 5 5/8" Diameter). Requires Capacitor 01-0021, sold separately.
