Intertherm/Nordyne/Miller 2-Speed Furnace Blower Motor. This Motor has the 3 mounting "ears" riveted onto it for mounting. It's 1/5 HP 208-240 volts 870 RPM. The Intertherm/Nordyne/Miller part number is 621674 & the GE # is 5KCP39BGT056BS. If the shaft is facing up (as seen in the picture) the motor rotates CLOCKWISE.
